A narrative focused Noir who did it game with moody PS1 visuals. Play as detective Henry Hart of the Bureau. When ordinary means fail to find the killer, the Bureau steps in with Extraordinary means. Use your latent connection with the dead to draw out and investigate the victim's last memories. Find clues, discover motives, and piece the puzzle together to find the killer before they can strike again.
